By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Our Services
Memoirs to Millions offers three tiers of book development and coaching services.
Tier 1: Write It Yourself
Price: $86, charged once at the time of purchase.
Self-guided access to the Memoirs to Millions framework. This tier includes community membership, biweekly group lab sessions, book development frameworks and templates, and publishing guidance and resources. No direct coaching is included at this tier. Access begins immediately upon payment.
Tier 2: Write It With Me
Two payment options are available:
Option A: $86 per month, billed automatically on the same date each month for 6 months ($516 total).
Option B: $516 one-time payment covering the full 6-month program.
Both options include everything in Tier 1, plus group coaching sessions with direct involvement from our team, review and feedback on your book development work, and priority access to group labs. This program is designed as a 6-month engagement. Access begins immediately upon payment.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. One-time full payment customers receive access for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Tier 3: Get It Done For You
Price: $3,500, charged once at the time of purchase.
Everything included in Tier 2, plus full book production from start to finish. This includes author interviews and story development, professional editing, cover design, and publishing and launch support. Third-party financing options may be available at checkout (see Third-Party Financing section below). A separate Service Agreement outlining specific deliverables, milestones, and responsibilities is signed before work begins.
Tier 3 availability is limited. Acceptance into this tier is at our discretion based on current capacity.
Payment Terms
One-Time Payments
Tier 1 and Tier 3 are each charged once at the time of purchase. No further charges apply unless you purchase additional services.
Monthly Subscription
Tier 2 is charged automatically at $86 on the monthly anniversary of your purchase date. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
If a payment fails, our payment processor will attempt to collect the payment automatically over approximately two weeks. If payment still cannot be collected after all retry attempts, your subscription may be cancelled. You will receive email notifications at each stage of this process, including a link to update your payment method.
You can update your payment method, view your invoices, or manage your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. A link to the Customer Portal is included in every receipt email you receive from us.
One-Time Full Payment (Tier 2)
If you choose the $516 one-time payment for Tier 2, you are charged once at the time of purchase. No further charges apply. Your access to Tier 2 benefits continues for 6 months from the date of purchase. There is no automatic renewal. If you wish to continue after 6 months, you may re-enroll at the current price.
Third-Party Financing
For one-time purchases (Tier 1 and Tier 3), third-party financing options such as Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay may be available at checkout. These services allow you to split your payment into installments over time.
If you choose a third-party financing option, you enter into a separate agreement directly with the financing provider. Life-Changing Wisdom Marketplace LLC receives the full payment at the time of your purchase. Your installment payments, interest (if any), and repayment terms are between you and the financing provider. If you fail to make payments to the financing provider, that is a matter between you and that provider and does not affect services already delivered.
We do not control or set the terms of third-party financing offers. Availability, approval, interest rates, and installment amounts are determined by the financing provider based on your creditworthiness and other factors.
Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on your location, as required by law.
Upgrading from Tier 2 to Tier 3
If you are an active Tier 2 subscriber and wish to upgrade to Tier 3, you may receive credit toward the Tier 3 price for subscription payments you have already made. Credits from Tier 2 payments apply toward the Tier 3 price for six months from the date of your first Tier 2 payment. After six months, the full Tier 3 price applies.
To request an upgrade, email support@memoirstomillions.com. Upgrades are subject to Tier 3 availability and require signing a Service Agreement before work begins. Your Tier 2 subscription will be cancelled upon upgrade.
Cancellation
Tier 1
No cancellation needed. This is a one-time purchase with ongoing access.
Tier 2 (Monthly)
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (link provided in your receipt emails) or by emailing support@memoirstomillions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all Tier 2 benefits through the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Tier 2 (Full Payment)
No cancellation is needed. This is a one-time purchase. Access continues for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Tier 3
Tier 3 is a one-time payment for a defined scope of work. Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy and in your signed Service Agreement.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of your personal stories, experiences, and original content. We do not claim ownership of anything you create or share within our programs.
Our Materials
All Memoirs to Millions frameworks, templates, systems, training materials, methodologies, and proprietary processes are and remain the intellectual property of Life-Changing Wisdom Marketplace LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own book development. You may not redistribute, resell, share, teach, or repurpose our materials without written permission.
Published Books
Ownership, royalty splits, and publishing rights for any book produced through our services are governed by a separate Publishing Agreement executed between you and Life-Changing Wisdom Marketplace LLC prior to publication.
Community Guidelines
Memoirs to Millions maintains a community of members across all tiers. By participating, you agree to treat all members and staff with respect, refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive language, refrain from unsolicited solicitation, spam, or self-promotion unrelated to the program, and respect the confidentiality of other members' stories and personal information.
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.
Communications and Emails
By purchasing our services, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account, including payment receipts, subscription renewal reminders, failed payment notifications, and cancellation confirmations. These emails are sent through our payment processor (Stripe) and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
You may also receive marketing emails, including our newsletter and program updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
All emails include our business mailing address and comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Memoirs to Millions provides education, coaching, frameworks, and production services. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, book sales figures, business results, or publishing deals. Your results depend on your effort, your story, your market, and factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life-Changing Wisdom Marketplace LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Life-Changing Wisdom Marketplace LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at support@memoirstomillions.com so we can attempt to resolve it directly.
If we cannot resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Wyoming.
Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
