Tier 1: Write It Yourself ($86 One-Time Payment)
All sales are final. Because you receive immediate access to digital frameworks, community membership, and resources upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for Tier 1.
Exception: If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the materials within 48 hours of purchase and our team is unable to resolve the issue, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.
Tier 2: Write It With Me
Monthly Payment ($86/month): You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (link included in your receipt emails) or by emailing support@memoirstomillions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds are issued for the billing period already in progress, and no prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
Full Payment ($516 one-time): All sales are final. Because you receive immediate access to coaching, community membership, and resources upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for full payment Tier 2 purchases. Exception: If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the materials within 48 hours of purchase and our team is unable to resolve the issue, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.
Tier 3: Get It Done For You ($3,500 One-Time Payment)
Before your onboarding call (within 7 days of payment): If you cancel before your onboarding call has taken place and within 7 days of your payment date, you may receive a refund of $3,000 (the $3,500 purchase price minus a $500 administrative fee). Both conditions must be met: the request must be within 7 days of payment, and the onboarding call must not yet have occurred.
After your onboarding call: Once your onboarding call has taken place, no refunds are issued. At that point, we have begun dedicating time and resources to your project, including research, interviews, story development, writing, editing, and production. The commitment is mutual, as outlined in your signed Service Agreement.
Refunds and Third-Party Financing
If you paid using a third-party financing service such as Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay, the same refund terms above apply regardless of how you paid.
If your refund is approved, we process the refund through our payment processor. The financing provider then adjusts or cancels your installment plan on their end. Questions about how a refund affects your installment payments should be directed to the financing provider.
Upgrades from Tier 2 to Tier 3
If you upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 3 and receive credit for previous subscription payments, the Tier 3 refund terms apply to the amount you paid at the time of upgrade (the discounted Tier 3 price). The $500 administrative fee still applies within the eligible window. Tier 2 subscription payments that were credited toward your Tier 3 upgrade are not independently refundable after the upgrade is completed.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us at support@memoirstomillions.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We can often resolve concerns faster through direct communication.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your access to all Memoirs to Millions services and community.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@memoirstomillions.com with your full name, date of purchase, which tier or product you purchased, and the reason for your request.
We will respond within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
